From a visual design perspective, floor toilets are generally divided into two main categories: standard toilets and ergonomic toilets.<\/p>\n<h2>Ergonomic Squat Toilet<\/h2>\n<p>Floor-mounted toilets are classified based on their design into <strong>traditional toilets<\/strong> and <strong>ergonomic toilets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ergonomic toilets are designed with a suitable slope in the foot placement area, helping the user&#8217;s body maintain a more comfortable and healthier position during use.<\/p>\n<p>Another factor that distinguishes different toilet models is the water distribution system, also known as the <strong>rim<\/strong>. Iranian floor toilets are produced with three different rim designs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Closed Rim<\/li>\n<li>Open Rim<\/li>\n<li>Rimless<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Rimless Toilet<\/h2>\n<p>Rimless toilets feature a hidden water distribution system with a flat surface and no visible internal edges.<\/p>\n<p>The water channel connected to the flush tank is integrated into the toilet body. When the flush is activated, water flows through openings located at the front and rear sections of the toilet bowl, effectively washing the entire surface.<\/p>\n<p>This design improves hygiene because it reduces areas where dirt and bacteria can accumulate and also makes cleaning easier.<\/p>\n<h2>Open Rim Toilet<\/h2>\n<p>The open rim system is one of the simplest water distribution designs used in Iranian toilets.<\/p>\n<p>This type was more common in older toilet models and includes an open channel without regularly positioned water outlets.<\/p>\n<p>In these toilets, water flows directly into the bowl after entering the rim channel, resulting in less uniform water distribution compared with newer designs.<\/p>\n<h2>Closed Rim Toilet<\/h2>\n<p>The closed rim system is considered a more advanced water distribution method in Iranian toilets.<\/p>\n<p>In this design, small water outlets are placed at specific intervals inside the rim channel. Water circulates through the channel and then exits evenly through the bowl openings in a waterfall-like flow, helping clean the entire toilet surface effectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Different Toilet Bowl Depths<\/h2>\n<p>Another difference between floor-mounted toilets is the depth of the bowl.
